You make a very good point about fitness. So much of serious psychic work, includes personal development and THAT does include physical well being too. It is indeed all connected. You're just not going to be as psychic or intuitive as you could be if you're eating junk food and being totally lethargic. I'm so glad this site is inspiring to you as yo have just been to me.
